TULARE – A talent show just for kids will be held during the Tulare County Fair, Sept. 16-20. Preliminaries will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Finals will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20.
