The barn doors will be open and the volunteers and horses of the Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation (ERAF) will welcome everyone to its free Country Festival on Sunday, October 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 6400 SW Martin Highway in Palm City.
